Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wellance The Advanced Aesthetics Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare, aesthetic, and wellness services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for all our clients.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to appointments, consultations, treatments, packages, and purchases made through our website, mobile application, or directly at our clinic.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you have scheduled an appointment, consultation, treatment session, or purchased a service with Wellance, you may request cancellation subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or treatment.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted through:
    • Phone call
    • Email
    • WhatsApp support
    • Website or app support channels

Once your cancellation request is reviewed and acknowledged by our team, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed under the following terms:

  • Full refunds may be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Refunds for prepaid consultations, treatment sessions, or service packages are subject to verification and approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following may not be eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consultations or treatments
  • Services already utilized partially or fully
  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • Membership or subscription fees (if applicable)
  • Missed appointments without prior notice

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request appointment rescheduling subject to slot availability.

  • Rescheduling requests should ideally be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day rescheduling requests may not always be accommodated

Wellance reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Staff unavailability
  • Technical or operational issues

5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Clients arriving significantly late may need to shorten or reschedule their session
  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of advance payments

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases involving:

  • Violation of clinic policies
  • Misuse of services
  • Fraudulent payment disputes
  • Incomplete or incorrect payment information

7. Payment Gateway Refunds

For payments processed through third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions
  • Wellance is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks after refund initiation

8. Changes to This Policy

Wellance reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or application.
